Dachshund Dog Beds
We love Dachshunds, whether they are wirehaired, smooth, or longhaired. Orla, our cheeky model, is a Miniature Wirehaired Dachshund and fits perfectly into our Small Beds.
We would however recommend a Medium for Standard Dachshund so they have plenty of room to stretch out their long backs.
Our Beds and Mats look great, but perhaps more importantly, their orthopaedic mattresses make them a great choice for your dachshund. Unfortunately Dachshunds are a breed that are prone to Intervertebral Disc Disease. Pain relief and strict rest, on a suitable bed, will be essential whether surgery has been employed or not.
