Repairs
The Red Dog Company’s products are all built to last and we stand by each and every one of them. The design, manufacture, and materials used should result in many years of faithful service. We cover all our products, for the item’s reasonable lifetime, both against faults in workmanship and materials.
When one of our products needs a little TLC, as a result of wear and tear, we offer a repair service so that you and your dog can continue to enjoy it for years to come.
All repairs are individually assessed and start from just £20. In the first instance please contact us at repairs@thereddogcompany.com to discuss the best way forward.
