Yogi (The Wirehaired Vizsla) at 34 weeks

23.4kg and still 24.5 inches. After a couple of dry runs, we took the rifle for a stalk in the woods yesterday evening. We had an exciting game of cat and mouse before bagging a lovely young roe buck. Yogi walked quietly to heel and was totally steady to the shot. I then waited a few minutes before going forward, to disassociate the shot from the fallen animal, and prevent future running in. He found the shot site very quickly but was initially very wary of the buck lying a few yards away.
